Hero Chronicles Trial

I have won more than 20 “Nightmare Mode” games,yet the “The Real Deal” isn’t unlocking.I had the same problem with the Aston Villa player (but it got fixed today).And I haven’t got any compensation even through they said they will give us something for the bugs they’re having with “Hero Chronicles”.It’s been more than 3 hours that im online consistently checking for bug fixes but yet nothing!I hope there is something to be done about this!!!
