I am experiencing a bug when entering a Division Rivals match.

I am experiencing a bug when entering a Division Rivals match. When I try to enter a match, the game shows the downloading/loading screen, but even after it reaches 100%, it gets stuck and does not enter the match. The only way to recover is to exit the game completely and reopen it. During this time, my opponent is able to enter the match and play normally, while I cannot. As a result, I lose the match and my Division Rivals rank decreases even though I was never able to play the game. I will share my uid on attachment. I believe this issue may be specific to my device, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate and help me fix it.

    Hi there. Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please try the following workaround for me and confirm if the problem persists afterwards? 

    1. Open the Locker Room.
    2. Change your Banner, Logo, and Theme back to their default options.
    3. Fully close FC Mobile.
    4. Restart the game and try another Division Rivals match.
