I can't claim a UCL quest

i made an account too late on the ucl quest, the semi final and quarter finals challenges on the ucl quests. Since my account was made too late on those, it is now locked and i can't claim them because i am past their date on when they will lock. Which means i cant claim the rewards of getting a free player from the semi and quarter finals quest and i won't claim the rewards for completing all 9 challenges in the quest

    @r1re1a3nf94w saya juga, namun saya hanya tidak dapat mengklaim hadiah perempatan final ucl. jadi karna saya tidak dapat mengklaim hadiah perempat final ucl saya jadi tidak dapat memgklaim misi ucl di perempat final. sehingga saya juga tidak dapat menyelesaikan kemajuan sampai ke 9. kemajuan saya hanya berhenti di 8.

    @r1re1a3nf94w you were supposed to claim the rewards before the matches were played. Now you can't claim them. Even i made a new account so i can't claim them. It was a time based quest.
