I can't get any player over +107 from packs

From the start of Ragnarok event , I haven't get any high ranked player. I opened 3000 gems' pack everyday since the start of the event and the highest rank I picked is only 107 . I don't have money ...

It's not only luck it's also the amount of money you put into the game but also because the new OVR cards were released in this event it's harder to get good cards. Yes, the chances were better in the previous events.
