I didn’t receive the guaranteed 115 player from the kickoff missions

I completed all the missions and claimed all the vouchers and used them but it says i need 3 drafts more to receive the guaranteed 115 but I've reached the limit of all 50 and never received the guaranteed 115 how do i get the the drafts if I've reached the limit but never got it
