I didn’t receive the pack after purchase

I purchased the first time the pass and it worked the second time i went to buy the 112-113 ballon d’or pack so it got paid but the game crashed . the money was taken but i didn’t receive the pack ...

So, today (20-10-2025) I purchased a Ballon dor pack in the store for ₹999. But, the payment was successful but I didn't receive the pack. My ₹999 is lost?. Please resolve this problem soon or refund the money appropriately..
