I didn't recive my 899 silver coins after purchase

I didn't recive my 899 silver coins promised from the star pass package which i bought from webstore 

Why didn't i yet receive my silver coins?

I have attached the receipt and package along with it

    I'm sorry, we can't help with those cases on the EA Forums. If you're missing content, please get in touch with the EA Help Support team asap. 

    Here's what you need to do:

    1. Grab valid proof of purchase (PoP)  - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for Apple/Google Play purchases.
    2. Follow these steps to open a support team for help with FC Mobile cases.

     

    They'll do their best to help you with this from there.
