I have 112 rated ballan d'or suker card but I can't exchange him

I packed 112 rated ballan d'or suker card but I can't exchange him in nedved exchange..my other 111 rated card showing in the exchange but suker card didn't showed... I am using the latest version of the game...EA plz fix this... there are only few days remaining to end the event... And I am facing it since last week...

It appears to be a known issue affecting all, however, we don't know if we will get it fixed. There was no word on it from EA here or on Discord. Might be worth raising an in-game ticket with helpdesk for general tracking/awareness.
