I have a problem with log in

Hi, I was playing your game when my Wi-Fi cut out. Since then, I haven’t been able to log back into my main account. Every time I try, I get a message that says "continue with a guest" and it won't let me access my progress. I’ve already tried reinstalling the game multiple times, but that didn't help. Can you please take a look into this?
