I want to unlink my EA account because it has been hacked.

I can't change my EA Sports account linked to FC Mobile because it was hacked, and it's connected to a Facebook account I used to create it. I tried to change it, but I can't unlink it from the game. Does anyone have any suggestions or possible solutions?
