Getting logged out suddenly and unable to login back with ea linked id

When I was playing the game, suddenly I logged out of my account, then it is showing the login screen with tap to play button, I clicked on tap to play and tried to login with ea account and this happened.

Now  Iam not able to login to game , please help and fix this issue
