I'm having a problem with the missions

Hi, I'm having a problem with the missions; they're not showing up for redemption, even though I have some rank-up tokens to collect. Could you please help me with this?

Não estou conseguindo resgatar minhas recompensas em missões, estou com algumas recompensas para resgatar mais só aparece o nome "resgatar" e quando clica no botão nada acontece, podem resolver meu problema?
