Hi, If your old FC Mobile account was not deleted or overwritten, it may have been linked to a different EA Account or Facebook profile.

Please try reinstalling the game once more and carefully double-check the login details you are using. It may also be worth trying any other email addresses, EA Accounts, or Facebook profiles you may have used previously.
