In ea fc mobile game i did not get my weekly league gem rewards

I am writing to report a recurring issue with my account regarding EAFC Mobile rewards.

I play consistently in both Rivals and Leagues; however, when it is time for the weekly rewards to be distributed, I do not receive anything in my inbox. Today marks the third consecutive time that these rewards have failed to appearI would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and fix it for me so that I can receive the rewards I have earned.

I didnt got my league leaderboard diamond and division rivals diamond either give me compensation or give me 30000 gems because I didn't got my last week's league diamond too so my pack opening is stopped because of u if this continues I might stop fc mobile please consider me
