In-Game - Menu not responding to selections.

Hello when I tried to play fifa today it did not want to work because of an account conflict so I deleted the game and reinstalled it,now the game opens when you select the kickoff tutorial the screen darkens and it won't let me select anything to get started with the game,what is causing this?

    Hey hdycdxrapfd6​. Have you also tried clearing the cache, restarting your device, or even reinstalling the game? Check if there is some additional free space on your phone/tablet.

    Hey I have tried all of the above and nothing has helped now it's just showing two accounts but I can't choose anything because it's just loading the whole time
