In game purchase problem
I bought a pack of 6000 FC points on FC mobile, whose value was 1999, through the in game store,I did not get my FC points, and the purchase is showing complete on Play Store, they also sent me an email, but I did not get my FC points. I have predictions through AI in in game customer services also but they are taking too much time. I have done everything,I have followed all the steps but they are not taking any action yet. what should I do now
You need to go back to that ticket you raised and let the EA helpdesk know that you are missing paid-for content. Forums do not have access to the in-game transactions.
