Re: [Not a Bug] - Capped Legends Chapters Locked

I can't play the new hat event in Chapters 1 and 2. When I enter Chapter 2, I click on "Recharge" and can't play. In Chapter 1, I could only play the dribbling; I couldn't get into free kicks, shooting, or passing. Please fix my problem so I can play regularly. Thank you.
