Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. The gift pack was granted based on normal pack probabilities, not based on the items already owned on an account. Because of that, it was still possible to receive a duplicate item, even if you already had it.
I understand this may feel frustrating, but the granted reward was not tailored to each individual club.

Where is the solution??? People got 200 drafts and some for compensation got 117 players and what did I get, a 117 player that I already had!!!!!!!!!There are so many different players that I could have got and I would have accepted it but a duplicate, how does that compensate me.Better give 200 drafts and take your 117 player and 1000 rank up points that I didn't use .
On top of scamming me with the compensation, EA's server hits me with Technical Issue: Persistent Disconnections and Server Instability
I am writing to formally report a persistent technical issue regarding server stability in FC Mobile that is severely impacting my ability to play.
Despite having a stable, high-speed internet connection, I am experiencing frequent disconnections during live matches (Division Rivals and Challenge Mode). This has resulted in numerous "DNF" losses, loss of rank points, and wasted stamina/entries.
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
To resolve this on my end, I have already attempted the following without success:
Switching between high-speed Wi-Fi and 4G/LTE mobile data.
Clearing the application cache and restarting the device.
Lowering in-game graphic settings to reduce hardware strain.
Verifying network stability via other high-bandwidth applications, which function perfectly.
The issue is clearly server-side synchronization rather than local connectivity. Furthermore, the recent compensation provided for previous outages—a duplicate 117-rated player—offered no utility to my club
: I request a review of my account's connectivity logs to identify why the server handoff is failing.
Compensation for the fans, points, and rewards lost due to these forced disconnections.
A resolution regarding the duplicate untradeable reward, which did not fulfill the intent of the original compensation.
