Issue with webstore

I attempted to purchase from the webstore (United States) and this pops up, saying my account cannot transact in another country's webstore. But my account is registered in the US. Here is a screenshot with my account info and it clears should that the country/region is the US. EA ID is Dahowling, registered through Apple with the email address mailto:[edit: email address removed]. I also tried many browsers, phone and desktop, and still the same pop-up every time. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.

    Hey jukb84lmo01o​ , this usually happens when the FC Mobile account was originally created in a different country than the Webstore region being used.

    Even if your EA Account currently shows the US as the account region, the FC Mobile registration region also needs to match the Webstore location. The Webstore checks the original FC Mobile account region, not just the EA Account country listed on your profile. It is not possible to change the account region after registration.
