Joystick gets stuck

Hey 1u9asnpeyj7p​. Could you check if changing any of the gameplay settings, like virtual stick size or disabling the floating virtual stick, will help you resolve this issue? Try different combinations and let us know how that goes. 

I basically play in floating virtual stick and large stick size and I have tried what you have mentioned but there is no improvement .I have even uninstall the game and reinstall it to see whether it solves the issue but no good . I have also tried to clear the cache to see whether it solves. It's not the problem I see in h2h only when I play the normal match's with AI it stucks in one direction and then I have to pause the game quickly go the settings and on and off the floating virtual stick. Which temporarily solves the issue but it's the same in next match. But I can't do the same during h2h I can't open settings during h2h matches so during crucial situations I can't defend and control my own players. Please fix this issue🙏

Thanks for testing it with different combinations. Are you able to test your account on another device to confirm if this is an account-specific error? 

No I have not tested it any other devices but I  can assure you that there is no problem with my screen or device

I thought this would be fixed in ea fc 26 update but still this has not been solved I guess this will be my reason at last to delete this game I am very much frustrated by this bug of your

I am facing same issue with s24
