Kick off login missions missing

Hi EA Support, my Player ID is 1022040571321131008. I am reporting a missing content bug for the TOTY 2026 Kickoff Event. The game news says Kickoff Missions and Login Rewards are available, but the tab is missing from my Quests/Activities menu. Other players are receiving Welcome Draft Tokens, but I have not received mine. Please verify my account eligibility and grant the missing tokens. I am playing on an Oppo F19 Pro (Android)."
