Kickoff mission is not there / missing

Yo EA, this is kinda crucial and I've experienced it on multiple devices as well. Most of my friends have not gotten the kickoff mission this is really serious as it will reduce us f2p players in progression. So I do request you to  check on this as it would help those who need it. Ive also charged an image for proof. So pls make this available for everyone as it would help us a lot.
