[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

I am completed the weekend challenge twice,but my quest isn't completed. 

Same for me too. Not just the hero challenge but hero quests

I don't know what the bug is about or glitch

I finished the weekend challange and dindn't get the quest

@Admin @EA support kindly resolve. Awaiting my rewards

I finished the challage but the quest dindn't give me the rewards. my uid is [removed UID for privacy reasons by EA_Vendcera]

Even tho I have joined and completed a festive fixtures weekly challenge. I am unable to get the reward for the quest " Join a weekly challenge " .

The quest's challenge was completed but it wasn't counted and the rewards is not awarded yet

Hi my ID is *snip* i won the weekend Challenge in the morning today. But my festive season weekend Challenge quest completion is not showing up
