[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

I was already completed weekly challenge but my weekly challenge festival fixture quests are not complete and i was complete yesterday also 

Please solve this problem . I hope you can fix this problem very soon and give my reward in game

I played the Weekend Challenge and received the rewards, but the weekly task "Participate in Weekend Challenge (0/1)" did not complete.

Please check my account and help complete the missing task or provide the reward.

Hello EA Support Team,

​I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the Weekly Quests in FC Mobile.

​Specifically, the quest "Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge" which requires me to "Join a Weekend Challenge" is not progressing. I have already joined and participated in two Weekend Challenges (and won one of them), but the quest progress remains at 0/1.

​This issue is preventing me from completing my Weekly Quests and claiming the 200 Rank Up Points reward before the timer expires.

​Device: Samsung Galaxy 14 4G

​Region: Bangladesh 

​I have attached a screenshot showing that I have completed other quests but this specific one remains locked despite my participation. Could you please look into this and credit the quest progress or the rewards to my account?
