[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

i have joined the weekend challenge ,somehow the quest dont want to complete , help please

I have done the weekend challenge two times but the quest is still showing incomplete. Please look forward to this.

The quest requires: Join a Weekend Challenge 0/1

I have joined twice (on Saturday and Sunday) but it still  showing 0/1.

Please solve this within the time it expires so that everyone can claim the rewards.

First we receive untradeable players instead of tradeable players in divisional rivals now this.

Same guys missing out on 20 shards and 200 rank up points is really frustrating 😕

I completed the Weekend Challenge match for the Weekly Quest “Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge”, but the progress did not register (0/1). I have attached a screenshot showing the quest status.

Please help me fix this issue so I can receive my 20 Festive Fixtures Shards.
