[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Festive fixtures weekend challenge quest..... I have completed both the weekend  challenge  still the quest did not got completed or i got no rewards.

Hello, so I've done weekend Challenge and didn't receive my quest rewards yet

Dear EA, I have done the weekly quest "Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge" quest, that would opt me to complete the weekly quests and gain 200 rank up points + 10 shards, but unknowingly while I have done the weekend challenge, it has somehow not been completed. Please fix this and respond to me.

I have completed this week's weekly challenge requirements and can't redeem the shards while I have met all of the requirements.

Weekly event is not recording the weekend event participation. Attaching the screenshot of the same.
