[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

I've completed weekly challenge but the quest not completed.

Me too. I have completed the weekend challenge yesterday and today, but still cannot redeem the quest prize

I completed weekend chalenge for 2 times in recent two day . But I failed to collect the reward. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I just complete weekly challenges 2 time in festive fixture event and didn't complete weekly quest solve this bug or problem 

I have join a weekly challenge and completed it, there was a quest that if you join a weekly challenge you will get reward but I did not get the reward.

Today 27 December 2025 I completed the Quest of joining a weekly challenge

The name of the reward, player or pack. Plus any other information you have.

The reward for completing the quest, joining a weekly challenge was 20 shards, but I didn't get it. 

I already clear two weekend challenge but the mission wasn't complete that clearly make me mad beacuse i need the rank up token

The Festive Fixture quest to complete a festive fixture event was not marked as completed despite completing two weekend challenges. No reward for shards nor rank up points for completing the entire quest challenge list.
