[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

My case is not solved at all

What a shambles EA really are!

I asked again and was told there will be an update on the matter after the weekend (that does not mean there will be compensation, it means that the compensation query will have some answers).
I did point out that the event ends soon, so yeah. I guess that EA and the dev team wanted to see if there were further issues after the fix got applied. 
Furthermore, I also spoke to Pulsar offline, and he's chasing that through the EA staff path, so stay tuned.

Any news on this? The silence is deafening...

We didnt get compensation for last week's glitch in the weekend challenge quest ; please EA give the compensation before the event ends as i am short of a few shards to claim a 115 😭.

how long is take them to fix it

Are we supposed to act as if nothing happened last week? Where is our compensation?!! Festive fixtures is about to end and we want those shards and rank points?!

 Did not register and we haven't been compensated for it
