League rewards issues

Hi EA, so on last Thursday we all supposed to get gems reward right? But I didn't get the gems, even I participate in league tournaments almost every time. It's just unfair EA, because I joined many league tournaments and got nothing, and I'm not the only one who confront this issue, I asked another league teammate and they said there is specific time to login and get the gems, they also confronted this issue, so please fix it🙏
