Lob pass always stays low / rolling instead of high ball (FC Mobile).

Hello EA FC Mobile Team,

I want to report a gameplay bug in FC Mobile in mobile 

Issue:

Whenever I try to do a lob pass / high ball pass, the ball always stays low and rolls on the ground. It does not go up in the air at all. Earlier, the lob pass was working correctly, but now it is not working.

I am holding the pass button and swiping up correctly, but the game still forces a ground pass instead of a lob.

What I tried already:

Reset controls

Changed passing settings

Restarted the game

The issue is still happening.
