Login and Match Error Report for FC Mobile

Dear EA Support Team,

I’m writing to report an issue I encountered today while playing FC Mobile.

When I logged into the game, I tried to start a match, but it stayed in matchmaking for around two minutes and never entered the match. Later, I received an in-game mail stating that the match had ended in a loss, even though I never actually entered the game.

After noticing this, I checked my recent match history and confirmed that there was indeed a record corresponding to the same time — the one I never successfully entered.

I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. However, when I attempted to log in again using my Apple ID, it showed a message saying “Login failed” followed by the error code:

0x80210000

Next, I tried logging in with my EA ID, but the login webpage wouldn’t even open and showed the following error message instead:

{"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Invalid DOB in the mobile signature","code":100021}

Finally, I also tried logging in with Facebook, but it displayed another login failure message with a different code (unfortunately, I didn’t save that one).

Right now, I’m unable to access my account at all, and this issue is quite frustrating.

Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.
