Making nonsense excuses

I opened 117 uefa dreamchasers pack B pick from exchanges on this Thursday with 450 phase 2 tokens  and I got rewarded with uefa dreamchasers pack A which contains hazard and carragher but I opened to claim bale . After this i reported in the ea forums and in game also i messaged for this issue to the official but they all are saying report it in ea forums when i am reporting here they are saying you would have opened the 117 uefa dreamchasers pack A by mistake. But I opened 117 uefa dreamchasers pack B i know it. So I want refund of my 450 phase 2 tokens or give me bale and szobosloi pick.
