Market-bought 120 Owen is stuck as untradable

 

Description:

Hey team,

I recently bought a 120 OVR Gold Rank Michael Owen straight off the market, but for some reason, the game is completely graying him out and saying he can't be traded.

I’ve already double-checked everything: he’s not in my active lineup, he’s not on the bench of any of my backup squads, he has no training on him, and the player lock padlock is turned off. He is completely free, but the market still won't let me list him.

My market history cleared before I could grab a screenshot of the receipt, but I've attached a screenshot of his card details from my club inventory. Could you guys please check my account logs on your end and fix the market flag on this card so I can sell him?

    In the bottom right corner, the transfer tab is locked, so it's an untradeable card. The most common mistake made by players is activating the card in the badges without realising that. 
    You can get it checked, raise a ticket via the in-game menu to EA Help so they can check the logs. This isn't something the forums can help you with.
