Match Not Loading After Starting – Severe Division Rivals Issues

I am experiencing a very frustrating issue in FC Mobile, especially in Division Rivals.

After starting a match, the game often fails to take me into the actual gameplay. As shown in the attached screenshot, the game remains stuck on the “Downloading… (100%) – Loading gameplay resources…” screen instead of starting the match.

This issue is extremely frustrating because I have to work hard to win a match and increase my Star Rank, but when the next match fails to load, I end up losing the progress and my Star Rank decreases. In other words, I am being penalized for an issue that is not caused by my gameplay or performance.

On top of this, Division Rivals currently feels heavily affected by scripting, making it extremely difficult to reach 10 Stars even after playing consistently and putting in a lot of effort. The combination of these gameplay issues and the match-loading problem has made Division Rivals increasingly frustrating and unpleasant to play.

I have already reported similar issues to the FC Community before, but unfortunately, I have not seen any effective solution. The problem continues to occur.

I sincerely request the FC Mobile team to investigate this issue seriously, especially the match-loading problem and the impact of these technical issues on Star Rank. Players should not lose their hard-earned progress because the game fails to load a match.

Please look into this and provide a proper solution as soon as possible. This issue is seriously affecting the overall playing experience.
