I am writing to report a serious problem that occurred in the Star Scout feature. After many repeated attempts, I finally managed to obtain Thibaut Courtois (113 OVR). Immediately after that, when I tried to exchange 10,000 players using the Extra Time Tokens, the game suddenly glitched. Since that moment, the exchange option has been completely unusable, and I am unable to continue. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable considering the amount of time and effort I invested in reaching this point. The glitch has stopped my progress and prevented me from receiving rewards that I legitimately earned. I request an immediate investigation and fix for this issue. I expect this following as soon as possible: • Restoration of the 10,000-player exchange This matter is urgent, and I expect a prompt response confirming the steps you will take to resolve it.
