missing 10000 gems after manager mode fc champion

Last night, I left my team on Auto in Manager Mode, and by around 6 AM I successfully reached FC Champion rank. I received all the other promotion rewards; however, the 10,000 Gems that should be granted upon reaching FC Champion were not credited to my account. I Want My 10000 Gems if Please Credit it
