Missing 10k Gems Rewards in Manager Mode after 10 and 20 stars

Got to 10 stars in Manager Mode, Didn’t Receive 10k Gems. Got to 20 stars, Same experience. I get the Rank Up Tokens But gems are nowhere to be found.
