Missing content in new festive fixtures

I didn't got some of new updates of new event . Some are like frosty quest , frosty challenges and fortune box. All of these are missing in  my game. What can you do to recover these. Please take quick action please. Please help me to recover this.

    Screenies? Also, have you tried clearing the cache and restarting the phone?
