Please help. I made purchases in several games on September 19th, but the FIFA Points worth 4,999 TL were not delivered to me. Please add the FIFA Points I purchased to my account.

If your points are still missing, please run through the steps in our official guide: Missing or Failed Purchases
If your points still have not arrived after following that guide, you will need to contact our in-game Customer Support team directly (via Settings - Customer Service) with your order receipt so an advisor can securely review your transaction and add your points.

I’ve done everything you suggested, but it’s not working. I also get an error when trying to contact customer service from within the game; it says they couldn't verify my account, but that’s impossible—my account is verified and linked. Please help; I’ve been dealing with this since September 19th. I’m not asking for a refund; I just want the FIFA Points on my account.
