Missing FP Bundle Contents

Hello,

On January 30, 2026 I purchased the 3,000 FP Bundle in FIFA Mobile for 499 CZK, DAILY BUNDLE B for 37 CZK, and 750 FC POINTS for 129 CZK

Google Play confirmed the purchase and the money was deducted from the account.

Please help me add the FP or refund the payment.

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes it can take a bit of time for the content to appear. Give it 24hrs for the content to arrive and check back after.

If the pack contents doesn't show after 24hrs, grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out 'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases Then create an in-game ticket to open a case with our support team for help with FC Mobile cases.
