Missing Gems After TOTY Update
Hello EA Support Team,
I am facing an issue with missing gems in EA FC Mobile.
Before today’s TOTY event update, I had approximately 35,000 gems in my account. When I logged in this morning after the update, my gem balance suddenly dropped to only 56 gems without me spending them on any packs, exchanges, or store items.
Account details:
• In-game name: real_gk
• Login method: EA Account
• Issue type: Missing gems / currency
• Time noticed: After logging in today following the TOTY event update
I have checked my inbox, store history, and account login, and there is no record of gem usage. I believe this may be a bug or sync issue related to the TOTY update.
I kindly request you to please investigate this issue and restore my missing gems if possible.
