So for over 3 weeks this issue has not been dealt with and some people are non the wiser as to what's going on, I purchased all 8 packs to be able to receive the 92-95 rated player (worthless players now) and never got that player. I've contacted EA on here, on customer service, I've complained, on twitter, theyve had my user I'd, sent all the screenshots of their misleading promo and yet still nothing , the most I've heard is 'it's being investigated' but is it?! This should be a quick fix given theyve had my user ID and over 3 weeks to deal with it. I'm genuinely appalled. Customer service tell you to come here then EA help tell you to speak to customer service? Eh? I've played fifa mobile for 6 years and spent hard earned money on the game and can tell you I've never encountered a problem like this before, any problems I did have EA used to deal with it swiftly, what's gone wrong lately? Sort this out, its turning out to be an actual joke now, should not be having to chase these things up. What ever happened to compensation that we used to get for these certain problems? Do the right thing and sort it out

I am experiencing the same issue as those above; the Winter Sale Box is not a pack that resets daily like other Winter Wildcard packs, you get 8 for the whole event and each reward is supposed to be exclusive of each other but this has not been the case for many.

This is the same reply they’ve given me like 2 weeks ago. They have closed the case since then and nothing has happened. I have all screenshots of their advertisement and it clearly is worded as 8 rewards, can’t get same one twice and limit of 8 purchases. Problem is their system isn’t capable to going through everyone’s account to verify whether or not people got what was advertised. Another EA short cut to save money, no real network oversight. No wonder so many people are using mods to exploit the game, EA is incapable. we spent money and time on this offer. It costs EA nothing to digitally compensate for their own mistake, but they won’t.

I contacted them but they said to post it here and ur saying to talk to them, im getting kinda mad what kinda game is this its very easy thing just check ur game and give me my reward or refund my money and gem..

@932223725 Here you can maybe get help for bugs. If you write to customer support and note a bug you'll get forwarded here. If you note missing content they should check the logs.

Since you're kinda mad, you can check other posts on AHQ by yourself. Players already reported the same thing and got some answers but no solution.

@932223725 Not EA. Just a player. Scroll through the posts and you'll se there is no EA staff here to solve anything.

The issue you're facing is the pack resets daily. If you opened it in 2 days it doesn't guarantee anything
