Missing rewards / Missing items

Hello EA Support,

 

I completed a Tapjoy offer in FIFA Mobile (Jelly Cube Run 2048).

Tapjoy confirmed that my install was attributed correctly and that my eligibility was updated.

 

However, the rewards never appeared in my FIFA Mobile account.

I have contacted Tapjoy multiple times and they confirmed the rewards were granted.

 

Please find the attached screenshot as proof and help credit the missing rewards.

    Tapjoy is a 3rd party site. We don't manage that website or offer support for it, but Tapjoy has posted this article that may help:

    👉 I completed an offer, but didn't get my rewards!

    If their guide doesn't help, try contacting Tapjoy support directly. There is a big purple 'Contact Us' button at the end of that page that will help you start a support ticket with them.
