Missing rewards.

Hello, I was opening a Q Pack in FC Mobile using my gems, but during the opening I got disconnected from the game. When I logged back in, I did not receive any rewards, but my gems were deducted.

Could you please check my account logs and help restore the missing rewards or refund the gems?
