My account was banned for no reason

My FC Mobile account (UserId: 733943459691311104) has been banned without any prior warning. I recently loaded a high amount of FC Points in a short time, but all purchases were done legally through official EA channels.

I have not used any cheats, third-party software, or violated the terms of service. Please review my account again, as I believe this may have been an automated action by mistake.
