My account was hacked

I am writing regarding the suspension of my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account. The suspension is tied to the User ID. I understand my account was suspended because someone used hack version of the game and hacked my account . I acknowledge that I he violated EA's User Agreement, and I take full responsibility for my actions. The suspension details are: Error Code 0x00102710 and for hours duration. I understand that hacking or cheating is completely against the principles of a fair gameplay environment. I have learned from this mistake and firmly commit that, in the future, I will never, under any circumstances, use any form of third-party software or hack in any EA game. I promise to strictly adhere to all rules outlined in the Positive Play Charter from now on.
