My account was suspension

I apologize, I was wrong to use third-party software to complete the task. I promise I will never do it again. I hope EA will reopen my account.

    We have a ban and suspension appeal process in place for cases where players feel there was a mix-up and no rules were broken. You can learn more about it here:

     

    However, if a ban or suspension was correctly added for rule-breaking, it's there to stay until the duration has passed. In that case, there is no purpose in reaching out to the ToS team, aside from that, as they will not overturn bans if the rules were broken. Creating appeals for legitimate bans only adds to the queue and causes wait times to spike.
