My Club feature has been locked (🔒) for a very long time.

Hello EA Team,

My Club feature has been locked (🔒) for a very long time.

I have already contacted Customer Support, but the issue was not resolved.

I also logged into the same account on a different phone, and the Club feature is still locked.

Therefore, this does not appear to be a device, DPI, or installation issue.

Please check my account and investigate why the Club feature is still locked. If possible, please unlock the Club feature on my account.
