Why do i keep getting disconnected when my internet is fine and matches in numero don’t load I don’t know why Ea pls gelp

Hi there. Thanks for reporting this on our forums. Could you let us know which device you're playing on, your OS version, and whether you're using Wi-Fi or mobile data?
If the matches are failing to load or you're getting disconnected, please also try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if possible, then restart the game and your device to see if that helps. Test the game on a different network if possible.
