My FC Mobile account has been deleted

My FC Mobile account was accidentally deleted and I want to recover it.

    Hey ik9hbiod7duu​, 

    If you remember your User ID, please reach out to our support team, and they can work with you to help recover your account. If you don't recall your User ID, but have linked the FC Mobile account to an EA account in the past, your game progress should be tied to that EA account if you log in using it. 

    Unfortunately, if you've neither linked the accounts nor noted down the User ID, our support team will not be able to recover that account. Please take a look at this blog post for some more information, and let us know how it goes. Thanks!

    Sorry for the wait! Just to confirm, have you contacted our support team and shared your User ID via this link?

    To clarify, including it within the form does not mean you've reached support. You'll need to submit the form, click the options under the Contact an Advisor section of the webpage to actually contact support, and share your User ID at that point. 

    If you've sent it to anyone on the forums, that will not be effective, as we do not have the right tools or records to support you. So please try the process above and let us know how it goes. Thanks!
